Welcome to the International Nurse Coaching Association, Inc. (“INCA,” “the Association,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for and maintaining a membership on this website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who share an interest in advancing the mission of the Association. By joining, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
2. Accuracy of Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact information, credentials, and other details remain current and accurate. The Association is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect member information.
3. Membership Fees
At this time, membership is free of charge. The Association reserves the right to introduce membership dues or fees in the future. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance, and members will have the opportunity to renew or cancel their membership accordingly.
4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to interact respectfully and professionally with others in all Association forums, groups, and activities. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Termination of Membership
The Association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information,
- Violating these Terms and Conditions, or
- Behavior deemed inconsistent with the mission and values of the Association.
6. Privacy and Use of Information
The Association values your privacy. Member information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to receive communications relevant to your membership.
7. Modification of Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect organizational or legal requirements. Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Membership is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Association shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from membership participation or use of this website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State of Incorporation], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
