State Chapters are a cornerstone of the International Nurse Coaching Association’s commitment to connection, collaboration, and leadership within the nurse coaching profession.
These chapters create meaningful spaces for nurse coaches to come together, build relationships, and support one another’s professional growth.
Members engage in community-building, peer support, and ongoing professional dialogue. Chapters provide opportunities to exchange ideas, deepen coaching skills, explore emerging trends, and stay connected to the evolving work of the Association.
Together, they serve as a bridge between individual nurse coaches and the larger national community—ensuring that voices from across states and regions help shape the future of nurse coaching.
